Sonocare, LLC provides you with an imaging overread service, so your images will be read quickly and accurately by a board certified radiologist.

No.

As you may know, Sonocare, LLC has been providing mobile ultrasound services to clients for over 12 years. During that time, you may be aware that we provide many other diagnostic programs outside of ultrasound, and have been providing the services under various names. With that said, we have decided to brand our services under a name that embodies all of our services, and that name is Edge Diagnostics.

Our mantra remains the same for all of our programs. Health care is changing, and by doing diagnostic testing in your office, patients are more likely to be comfortable, satisfied, and save money. Additionally, the practice benefits
financially along the way. Your contacts within our company will remain the same, as well as the leadership and ownership.

Kristen and Dallas were amazing!! I went in the Morganton location today after having been suffering with upper respiratory-related illness for a month. Kristen was very kind, efficient, and welcoming to me. I was looking at the cute goody bags and she told me to take what I needed. I felt completely at ease. Dallas, the x ray technician was also extremely helpful. He shared a few stories with me of experiences he had when beginning his career (causing me to laugh from the start). When explaining my situation, he offered/told me me would keep an eye out for my results and try to assure they were read today. He even called me once he knew they had been read. I was, therefore, able to follow up with my physician and let them know to be looking for the results. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was to have an xray of one knee and was told by my provider that Sonocare would be the fastest and least expensive place to do this. I went straight to the facility on 4/7/22 with no appointment and decided as I was pulling in that I should have both knees done. I was greeted immediately, completed paperwork and was on my way well within 30 minutes. The tech and front desk staff were excellent.
I received my bill around 6/1/22. It was less than $30 per knee after the insurance adjustment. (I am far from meeting any deductible)
I just called to pay my bill and from the first ring to hanging up the phone was 3 minutes 2 seconds.
