Since joining SonoCare in 2013, Emily has been a cornerstone of our insurance coordination team. Her dedication to detail and patient care is matched only by her creativity outside the office. Whether she’s knitting, crocheting, or tending to her vibrant garden, Emily brings warmth and artistry to everything she does. At home, she shares life with three beloved pets—Cleo, her wise 15-year-old boxer mix; Bones, a spirited tuxedo cat; and Maggie Mae, the newest (and tiniest) member of the family. Weekends are for flowers, family, and furry friends.

Lisa became part of the SonoCare family in 2017, bringing her sharp organizational skills and a heart full of compassion to her role as an insurance coordinator. Off the clock, she’s the proud caretaker of a delightful animal crew that includes Jasmine the Yorkie, Shelby the Husky, two inseparable mini horses—Shiloh and Levi—and Noah the donkey, who’s both protector and pet. Stormy the barn cat keeps things in order. Lisa’s love for animals is rivaled only by her love for pizza and authentic Asian cuisine.

Joining SonoCare in 2022, Dallas brings precision and care to his dual role as x-ray tech and PACS administrator. When he’s not ensuring top-notch imaging, he’s all about family time—coaching baseball, splashing in the pool, or gaming with his kids. Friday nights are sacred movie nights, complete with living room campouts. Fun fact: Dallas’s left foot made it into Sports Illustrated during a UNC vs. Georgia Tech game! Like a few of his teammates, he’s a loyal North Myrtle Beach vacationer.

Kristen has been the friendly face and calming voice at the front of SonoCare since 2018. As our main Patient Coordinator, she brings warmth, efficiency, and a love for people to every interaction. A coffee lover and nature enthusiast, Kristen spends her weekends exploring new restaurants, enjoying the outdoors, and doting on her two spoiled pups, Jett and Jag. Her adventurous spirit and love for connection make her a perfect fit for the SonoCare family.

With a legacy that began in 2005, Angie has been the heart of SonoCare’s leadership for two decades. As Senior Manager, she leads with vision, experience, and a deep commitment to excellence. Outside the office, Angie is most at peace in a river with a fly rod in hand. A passionate fly fisher and fly-tyer, she also bakes sourdough and finds joy in the simple pleasures and adventures that life has to offer. Proud mom, grandma, and trout whisperer—Angie’s dedication flows through every part of her life.

Pam Queen is the founder and force behind SonoCare. A registered ultrasound sonographer herself, Pam launched the company in 2004 with the vision of providing high-quality, patient-focused imaging services across North Carolina. What started as a small operation has grown into a thriving business, thanks to her dedication, leadership, and passion for the field.

Pam remains deeply involved in the day-to-day operations and is a constant presence and support for her team. She brings not only her clinical expertise but also her unwavering commitment to creating a positive, empowering workplace.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys splitting her time between Key West and Ocean Isle Beach. She’s a proud mom and grandmother to one daughter and three granddaughters. At home, she finds peace in watching the tadpoles grow in her pond and observing the curious critters that wander through her yard.

Pam’s energy, heart, and hands-on approach are a big part of what makes SonoCare feel like family.
